1.) What or who is N&D Wholesale? N&D Wholesale is an importer, wholesaler, and distributor of fine quality specialty gift merchandise. What we mean by that is, simply, we sell a line of over 2000 different products. While most are available for individual sale for the customers, there are a few that are sold by multiple quantities (ie: DZ, SET etc..). We sell to individual customers, but it is a business mainly geared for small to medium business owners, distributorships and in some cases larger, more corporate retail chains. GO TOP
2.) Is it a Pyramid Scheme? Absolutely NOT! Unlike companies that are similar to Amway, we do not participate in an upline or downline type of profit plan. Uplining refers to a concept of percentages of your profits being distributed to the person who recruited you, and those who recruited them. These profits are very small and your first check after paying the upline is often small to insignificant. You must recruit more and more people so you get a "downline". Downlining means the exact opposite of uplining, whereas those in your downline are paying you for whatever they sell or for those that they recruit in their respective downlines. In short, that is a pyramid. It is very legal! But, it is not a profitable venture unless you are in it for a while. To be really successful at that type of marketing, you will need to be in for a minimum of five years. N&D Wholesale is NOT this type of business. Instead, your profits are immediate and exactly what we tell you they are. GO TOP
3.) What do you sell and is it expensive? Our merchandise is described as fine quality, specialty gift merchandise. They come from sources from over 57 different countries, and no, it is very affordable. Most of the time, it is sold at or below wholesale. We constantly offer discounts that no other business like ours can offer you. GO TOP
4.) I ordered from you recently. How long does it take it to ship? Depending on where you are from our California warehouse, it varies. Typically, your merchandise arrives in 7-10 business days. If you are from the east coast of the U.S, it takes up to that long to ship due to distance and the amount of orders our warehouse is currently processing. Orders are processed within 48 hours once the orders are placed through us. GO TOP
5.) What do I do if I get a broken, wrong or missing item in my order? If your order arrives broken, incorrect items are in it, or items are missing, please inform us at once so we may correct the problem. We will either : reorder the merchandise, credit your account or refund your money. You can opt to have the items in question shipped back to us at our expense and you will receive your reordered item in 7-10 business days. Use our convenient online Return Material Authorization (RMA) form to notify us of the items being shipped back. GO TOP
6.) Do you have catalogs I can order and look at? Yes. You can order catalogs from this website. They are affordably priced and there are many to choose from. Most ranging from $1.00 and up. GO TOP
7.) Why am I being charged a handling charge of $2.50? This happens when your total retail order is below $75.77. UPS Ground Flat Rate is $6.50 for orders below that figure. They also charge us $2.50 handling due to the low retail amount. We cannot waive that fee until total retail is at or above that threshold. GO TOP
8.) Is there a way to check the shipping status of my order? Yes. You may use the SHIPPING STATUSES navigation button on the left of this page. We update that information on a daily basis. GO TOP
9.) I only have cash right now to pay for my order. Can I pay by cash? Cash can only be taken when N&D Wholesale Representatives are conducting face-to-face transactions with you. IT IS NOT ADVISABLE TO SEND CASH IN THE MAIL! If you can, try to get the cash converted into a money order, cashier's check or if you have funds to do so, you may Western Union payments to us as well. Contact us prior to any Western Union so we may relay specific information about that type of transfer. GO TOP
10.) I am an existing customer of N&D. Do you have any specials for existing customers? Yes, there are specials all the time. However, if you are an existing customer and have sent us your e-mail address, we send out what is known as an eNewsletter called The eWholesaler to your e-mail. It is actually a link to it because it is actually published online. Why is it done that way? Because at times we revise it and it is not practical to send them as a newsletter to be viewed IN the body text of the email. So, to further explain the eWholesaler, it is information we pass along to our existing customers as a thank you and to give the existing customers access to unadvertised sales. These special sales are only in the newsletter and nowhere else. Become a new customer today and see what it's all about! GO TOP

12.) I've been looking through your website. What is a sub-wholesaler? A Sub-Wholesaler is a person that sells merchandise through someone known as a wholesaler. N&D Wholesale is a wholesaler. What sub-wholesalers do is sell merchandise to others and place their orders through their respective wholesalers. They do so under their own company names and set their own hours. Wholesalers just provide them, at low or no cost at all, information and materials they need to start their businesses. More on this can be found in JOB POSTINGS on this website. GO TOP
13.) You charged me a restocking fee, why? If you were charged a restocking fee, that was due to a simple change of the customer's mind. If, for any reason, the item has to be returned for reasons other than broken or wrong items, we charge a 20% restocking fee. That is, 20% of the retail value total of the items returned due to a change of mind. That is even when the items haven't left our warehouse. If they are on the way, then once they arrive and you decide to return it, your account will reflect a 20% restocking fee, and a re-shipment fee and those fees must be paid prior to placing more orders with us. 14.) I want to become an Independent Sales Rep. Are there any fees to join? No. There are no membership dues, start-up fees, or large initial investments just to join the N&D Wholesale family in any position you want to try out. But, to be really successful at any of it, you will need to invest in yourself. We do not require you to invest any money in N&D Wholesale to start out. How you invest in yourself is up to you!
