Ordering:
We are taking orders from anyone, however, to ensure we receive orders from those who are serious about placing them, we require full payment at time of order. If you cannot pay the entire balance, you may also make a small deposit. Required deposit is one-third. This policy can be rescinded dependent upon certain conditions.
Shipping:
There is no minimum amount to order, you may order as little or as much as you wish. For orders below $75.77 total retail, shipping and handling is $9.00 flat. Over $75.77, shipping and handling is free. So, to avoid shipping and handling fees, just order over $75.77 in total retail. N&D Wholesale uses UPS Ground and 3-Day Express shipping services. UPS Ground is $6.50 flat with a $2.50 handling fee for orders below $75.77. 3-day express service is $20.00 flat and is assessed regardless of order amount in retail. DHL International shipping is available and is assessed regardless of order size or amount for international orders. You must contact us for rates and time-tables.
Payments:
We accept all major credit cards and eCheck payments via PayPal - our payment processor. We also can accept personal or business checks, money order, cashier's checks. No checks accepted if: there are 2 checks returned as NSF in a 90 day period or numbered below 300 (without prior approval of N&D Wholesale)
Corporate and Retailer Deferment Options:
Retailers, distributors, and corporate retailers are, at a minimum, required to make a deposit as part of their initial agreement. Thereafter, you have to option to pay for your purchases on NET 14 or NET 30 deferment according to your needs. If your shipment is not up to standards, broken, incorrect or missing, you will be entitled to an exchange, credit, or refund. To be set up with these options, contact us. Deposit may be waived under certain conditions.
