What IS Sub-Wholesaling?

This is a brief overview of what it is and how it works. To get more detailed information, go to the downloads page and download the Independent Sales Representative Manual.

Subwholesaling is the business term for a concept of reselling merchandise that is supplied by a wholesaler.

Ok, what is a wholesaler? A wholesaler is someone who has an account with a major supply chain and can offer these products at wholesale (25% of retail price).

Now, we will expand upon this concept:

Sub-wholesalers are individuals that work for themselves, using a wholesaler as their supply chain or can be an authorized sales agent for a wholesaler.

That's what it is, this is what it is NOT:

1.) A Pyramid Scheme

2.) A sales scam

3.) A deceptive form of sales or advertising.

As stated before elsewhere on this website, you do work for yourself and it DOES require an effort to be successful at it.

Simply put, you find retailers, vendors, and distributorships to resell to. You take half of the retail price and forward the other half to N&D to cover the item costs, shipping and N&D's administrative fee. That's it. If you sell at a 25% discount, then your profit is 25% of retail. That adds up.
